Q1: How to connect the watch with your phone?
1. Download 'Zeroner' app from App store or download 'zeofit' app from Google Play
2. For the first usage, please click 'OK' to allow 'Zeroner/zeofit' to use 8luetooth, send your notifications and to privacy policy
3. Please click 'Sign Up' to register your account for the first usage
4. Open 'Zeroner/zeofit', click 'Device'→ 'Watch' → 'CS201C'
Don't connect the watch with app in the 8luetooth list directly.
For Android 5.0 & iOS 10.0 or above smartphones only, not for pc or tablet.
Q2: How can I see messages on my watch?
For iPhone users:
1. Make sure the watch is connected with your phone
2. Open the 'Zeroner/zeofit' →Device →Message Notification →Select the app you want to get notification
3. Go to Settings of iPhone →8luetooth →Pair CS201C →Click 'ⓘ ' to share system notification
4. Go to Settings of iPhone →Notification →Zeroner/zeofit →Turn on 'Allow Notification' and tick 'Lock Screen' , 'Notification Center' and select 'Always' for Show Previews
For Android users:
1. Make sure the watch is connected with your Phone.
2. Open the 'Zeroner/zeofit' →Device →Smart Reminder →Turn on 'Notify the access', 'Call ID notify' or 'SMS notify' you want to get notification →Add other app notifications and click 'Save'.
3. Go to Settings of android Phone →Notification →Zeroner/zeofit →turn on 'Allow Notification'.
If you want to receive notification of WhatsApp, please allow all the permissions of WhatsApp. If your phone cannot receive messages, the watch won't show messages. You need to allow notification permission of WhatApp in the Settings of phone.
Q3: How to control mobile music player on the watch?
The music control function is available on the watch, only if the watch is connected with app. The watch needs to be connected to the Zeroner/zeofit app to control the music, you can control the previous song and the next song and adjust the volume.
Q4: How to monitor the sleep quality?
The watch doesn't show sleep monitor icon directly on the screen. It will monitor your sleep quality during 8 P.M to 9 A.M automatically when you wear it on your wrist correctly. For the sleep quality analysis, please check more information in the app. (Note: The watch does not record any daytime sleep data).

Q5: How to sync up?
Please connect the watch with app to update the data, time, dial face and languages.
If you want to sync the data, please open the app →Data →Pull down to sync the data.
If you want to sync the time and date, just set the correct time of your phone. Then the watch will show the same time as your phone.
If you want to dial face, please open the app →Watch Face →Click picture you want →Click ‘Setting’.
If you want to sync the languages, please open the app →Click ‘Language Switch’ and select the languages you want →Click ‘Save’.
